A legal subscription plan provides a practical way to keep legal guidance within reach without the uncertainty of opening a new matter each time a question arises. Rather than waiting until a problem becomes costly, subscribers have an ongoing relationship with counsel for routine guidance, planning, document review, and early issue spotting.

A traditional retainer remains appropriate for litigation, complex transactions, negotiations, drafting projects, and matters requiring substantial legal work. Under that model, funds are usually placed on account and legal services are billed against the retainer at an hourly rate.

A subscription plan is different. It is designed for access, predictability, and peace of mind. Depending on the plan selected, clients may receive consultation time, priority communication, limited review services, fixed rate options for additional work, and dependable monthly pricing.

Subscription plans do not replace all legal services. Work outside the plan scope is available and billed separately. Clients who do not want a subscription may still request legal services on an ad hoc basis through a traditional retainer and hourly billing arrangement.

Hourly rates generally range from $150 to $400 per hour depending on the type of matter, urgency, complexity, attorney involvement, and resources required. The purpose is simple: flexible legal support that fits the client’s needs.
